Jordan Hardcastle’s promotion highlights career progression at AFI and strengthens the operational leadership of its specialist powered access division.
AFI is pleased to announce the promotion of Jordan Hardcastle from Operations Manager to Divisional Director, Operations at Wilson Access.
Jordan’s appointment is another excellent example of career progression within AFI. He began his career with the business in the Sales Support Team before progressing through operational roles and taking on increasing levels of responsibility.
In his new position, Jordan will continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of Wilson Access, AFI’s specialist access division.
He leads the Wilson Access team of powered access operators, delivery drivers and hire desk staff, helping to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer support throughout every stage of the hire process.
Jordan’s responsibilities include the operational management of Wilson Access’s specialist powered access fleet, which includes:
• Truck-mounted access platforms
• Spider lifts and tracked access platforms
• Aspen underbridge inspection units
• Specialist high-level access equipment
These machines support a wide range of working-at-height applications, including construction, infrastructure, bridge inspection, building maintenance, facilities management and specialist high-level projects.
Jordan will play an important role in maintaining high operational standards, supporting the continued growth of Wilson Access and ensuring customers receive a safe, reliable and professional powered access hire service.
