Use Case: 40 Telecom sites Installation Across UK

Client: Major telecommunications provider

Challenge: The client required the installation of telecommunications equipment across 40 diverse sites, ranging from densely populated city centres to remote and irregular terrains. Each site presented unique challenges, such as the need for secure, well-managed work zones, safe operation in high-traffic areas, and installations at elevated heights requiring specialized equipment.

Solution: We provided a full turnkey solution, managing the clients access to the work areas across all 40 sites.

Our approach included: Monopole Street works: For street-level installations, we deployed dedicated traffic management teams to ensure minimal disruption to traffic flow and secure work environments.

Rooftop Installations: Some sites required elevated access of up to 75 meters, achieved through truck-mounted platforms.

Specialized Equipment: We utilized a range of truck-mounted platforms (21m to 75m) and spider lifts (15m to 36m), with specialist spider lifts capable of handling up to 400 kg workloads, ensuring safe and efficient installation across all terrains.

Outcome: With our national coverage and specialized equipment, we successfully completed installations at all 40 sites, meeting the client’s needs. The projects were executed safely, efficiently, and within the required timeframes, regardless of site-specific challenges such as high-traffic urban centres or remote locations.
