We offer considerably more than our competitors and put our customers at the hub of everything we do. Our internal and external sales and customer service teams maintain contact with our busy customer base and deliver outstanding customer service. Through effective management of inbound and outbound calls, building great working relationships with customers, and each other and using their extensive product knowledge, they support the growing demand from both customers and internal teams within the business.
Roles include Hub Managers, who have overall responsibility for managing our regional depot locations and driving the business forward and Hire Desk Controllers who work on our busy customer-focused hire desks, ensuring that all customers are dealt with quickly in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
